Heath is a fantastic rep of WeatherPro. Heath is super detailed, well-informed and answered each of the many questions my wife and I had. Heath is direct and to the point by not being too aggressive and “salesly” which is such a breath of fresh air as it shows Heath actually cares for his customers. Don’t just call WeatherPro, ask for Heath as you will not be disappointed!!

I am a small business owner and WeatherPro Exteriors replaced the low-slope roof on my commercial property in 2024. Not only was the entire experience painless, but the quality, attention to detail and workmanship was next level. This was my first major renovation expense and therefore the decision to go with WeatherPro Exteriors was not made lightly. So many contractors wouldn't even call me back, or their communication was dismal. In the line of work I do, I needed strong communication so that the install would interfere as little as possible with my business operations. They listened to what I needed, helped me understand the process and scheduled the work to fit my needs. They continued to help me with the tuck pointing of the building as well. The building had an EPDM roof prior and after discussing with the WeatherPro team I went with TPO. At first the white TPO was a huge change from the black EPDM but in the end it was absolutely the right decision. My heating/cooling bill has gone down drastically, a clear value of the white TPO and the added insulation. I can't recommend WeatherPro Exteriors enough! WeatherPro did a great job installing our roof. Highly recommend this company. Associates are professional, knowledgeable & responsive. Nate was the inspector contractor. He was personable & knowledgeable about the entire job. Made sure all tasks were completed to the company & our satisfaction. There was a bit of confusion at the end of the roofing job about the venting of the bathroom fan out of the attic thru the roof. Antonio, the head of our roofing crew, agreeably climbed up into the attic and expertly accomplished the venting properly. He kept the crew of 7 guys on task. The crew arrived at 8:30 AM, did a great job installing our roof and were done by 2 pm. Everyone involved was hard working, seemed to well trained, and focused. They first tarped the entire house to keep it protected from any damage while removing the old shingles. They even moved our bbq & patio table to a safe area on the lawn, a task we had forgotten to do & moved it back when the job was done. They left our yard immaculate, carefully used a special magnetic tool to sweep to pick up any nails paying particular attention to the driveway & sidewalk. They even the blew excess leaves off the patio. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience!

I had a leak started in my kitchen light fixture and some squirrels get into the front of my facia board. My sister recommended weather pro to investigate and Heath Swanson found that the shingles underneath were crumbling and a lot of other shingles were peeling up so he recommended a new roof and facia and soffits he was very honest and upfront with the pricing and all the options that were available. When Nate lipski and Guillermo pablo arrived on time , they were upfront and direct he found a few spots that had water damage and they replaced them all. Weather pro crew did a awesome job cleaning everything up.Nate lipski did a walk-through and He even answered some questions that I had concerns about

This company was wonderful to work with from start to finish! The quote process was quick and easy, they worked with me on scheduling and details, and the day they replaced our roof (three layers with new decking needed- yikes!) went beautifully. Antonio and his crew did a fabulous job. They arrived early, fully protected my house, lawn, and garden beds, and cleaned up when they were done. I was amazed at how well things were tidied up and furniture and other outdoor items were placed back in their spots with care. I will definitely be working with them again on other projects and would fully recommend their services!

Dan, Luke and Dennis did a fine job installing my windows. Them and Dave were very attentive to my requests and questions. Professional throughout. Dave came by again to do a final walkthrough. All in all a great company to trust your exterior project with. I also had two skylights done and the roofers came out and did it all in a day’s time. All through WeatherPro Exteriors. They have their own installers rather than farming the work out to hired crews.

Where do I start? This company is top notch and professional from beginning to end. It all starts with Jason (sales coordinator) whom was very knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on the quality of materials, their company structure, and how their installers are skilled professionals along with the office staff, (Taylor and April). He presented all accreditations and certificate of insurance with material brochures and samples. They were professional, polite, fast, and highly skilled. If you want to work with a good honest contractor, Roland and Weather-Pro is the one to go with.

They were on schedule through the entire process. Their workers were courteous and took care of my home like it was their own, they cleaned up each and every everyday , their craftsmanship was second to none. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to anyone they treat you like family.

I was very impressed with how professional the entire workforce was. Everyone from sales to installation.. They did our roof in one day and gutterrs the next. Cleanup was great. The work was quality.

The best exterior work for the most affordable of prices. You can look for a long time and not find roofing/exterior contractors that come close to comparing!

They are responsive and willing to help out as quickly as possible even during the worst of the weather conditions. I highly recommend them and plan on using them for all my future exterior needs for the upkeep of my house.

This is my third experience with WeatherPro. They installed "Leaf Relief" gutter guards. The work was done promptly. The installers were efficient, neat, and respectful. Most important, communication with WeatherPro from getting the estimate for the work, through completion of the job was excellent.

April and other office staff very friendly - puts customer first. Excellent customer service! Very happy with the crew. Very courteous and quite; cleaned up very well.
